Well we have reached the end of the first term and what a busy term it has been.

The children have all worked so hard and have been an absolute joy to teach. I am sure that they are all ready for a holiday and well earned rest.

This week the children have enjoyed some Christmas themed fun!  We have made cards and tree decorations.  They have enjoyed using lots of glitter and  I am sure we will be finding it about the classroom for months to come.  We had our party on Wednesday and a surprise visit from Santa too.

Thank you for all the lovely gifts, it really is very kind and generous.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Well the highlight of the week has been the Christmas Performance of 'Hey Ewe'.

The children all did an amazing job and should be very proud of themselves. I hope those of you who managed to come had a good time and enjoyed the performance. There are lots of pictures below for you to look at.

Next week we have our Christmas Party on Wednesday.  The children can come in their own clothes. We will not be having PE on that day.  Thank you for your contributions towards the party.

Have a wonderful weekend!

We had a very 'white' start to the week with a snow filled playground.

It is worth just reminding you to make sure that children come to school warmly dressed both for playtime and being in the classroom.  We are still making sure that windows are open during the day and so the classroom can get chilly. It is also a good idea for children to have a spare pair of socks or tights in their book bags just in case their socks do get wet in snowy weather.

We have been very busy this week getting ready for our Christmas performance, 'Hey Ewe'.  The children have all been amazing and I think you are in for a real treat!

Wishing you all a very happy weekend!

Mrs Moore
