Hello!
It was wonderful to see so many of you at the Parent Meetings this week. I hope you enjoyed seeing some of your children's work and seeing just how hard they are working in Pear Tree. Everyone has made great progress since the beginning of the year. A big thank you from me for making the effort to come along.
In English we have used our imagination to take Stick Man on a journey around Yeadon. We have then gathered ideas to create an information poster all about Yeadon. The children have used some great persuasive language to try entice visitors to come to Yeadon.
In Maths we have been learning all about position and direction. The children have been describing turns using the language - half, quarter, full, anticlockwise and clockwise
