Hello!
I can not believe how quickly the end of this term has come... We are already 2/3 of the way through the school year!
Pear Tree have worked super hard right up to the end. In Maths we have been looking at place value up to 100. The children have been partitioning, ordering and finding 1 more/1 less than a given number. In English we have been writing a diary entry as a Victorian child recounting their day at school. In Computing we created a picture on the Chromebooks and one on paper. The children had to decide which they preferred.
On Wednesday 23rd April KS1 is having an Explorers Day to launch our new topic and writing focus. A slip has been sent home in book bags with more information :)
I hope you all have a lovely break and I look forward to welcoming you all back on Tuesday the 22nd April.
