Year 2 did extremely well at the skipping festival on Wednesday afternoon and lots of certificates were won. See Facebook for more photos!
On Thursday morning we enjoyed PE on the bottom field and played a class game of rounders. A very competitive game ended with a draw of 3 rounders for each team.
The outdoor learning continued in science when we went on a tree identification walk around the school grounds.
In maths we have recapped 2D and 3D shapes and created our own 3D shapes using nets.
A reminder that Prickly Pigs (a hedgehog charity from Otley) are visiting KS1 on Thursday 26th June. Prickly Pigs do not charge for their visit but do request a small donation to support their charity. We kindly ask that you donate a tin of meaty wet cat or dog food. Please could tins of food be donated between Monday 23rd June and Wednesday 25th
