The pupils have published their myths this week. They have worked really hard on editing and improving them and I have enjoyed reading through each one and providing feedback.
In Maths, the pupils have enjoyed using protractors to measure angles. This is the first time the pupils have used protractors and have done really well, positioning them correctly and using the correct scale to measure the given angles.
In P.E. on a Wednesday, the class have been working on one discipline from the Ancient Greek pentathlon. This week was javelin. The pupils worked well (and safely) on their technique before aiming to get their javelins through specific targets. During Thursday's Netball P.E. session, we worked on court positions, trying to provide more space and movement for teams.
I think the bank holidays maybe to blame, but it feels strange to only have two weeks left of this half term. Hopefully the weather continues to improve.
