Hello,
We have had a brilliant first week back in Cedar Class! It has been lovely getting to know your children, and they have all settled in really well. They have been extremely enthusiastic about their learning and have adapted well to our class routines. The children have been happy, smiley, and have made me feel very welcome.
This week in maths, we have been learning to recognise and count in hundreds, tens and ones. In science, we have been learning to group and classify animals. The children were extremely engaged in this lesson and shared many interesting animal facts with me! In history, we have begun our Romans topic, which will continue throughout the term.
It has been great to meet many of you at drop-off and pick-up this week. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
