Hello everyone,
This week the children have been focusing on writing instructions. We based our writing on our trip to Nell Bank and focused on creating instructions on how to make a Stone Age den, using images of them building their dens to support their writing. The worked incredibly hard and produced some super pieces that included all the necessary features required.
In Science, we were focusing on high and low pitch sounds and the children even created their own instruments and experimented with different pitches of sound.

We have continued to care for our sunflowers by moving them into bigger pots and keeping them watered. They are growing quickly and the class are very excited.
It's been a busy, productive and fun half term and the children have been working very hard.
