Hello,
The children have been busy diary writing and completing the place value maths unit of learning this week.
Congratulations to Arlo (Y5) on becoming the School Council representative for Ash Tree Class. A big well done also goes to Elliot (Y6) for winning the largest number of votes to become Chairperson of the School Council. I know that both pupils will represent the class and school well as we move forward through the year.
The class began to look at structures as part of their Design and Technology lesson this week. Please could you continue to send in any kitchen roll/wrapping paper cardboard tubes to help with this project.
I am looking forward to meeting parents/carers at next week's parents evening consultations. The children have made a great start to the year.
