Hello everyone,
It's been a fun and productive week leading up to 'Make the Rules Day' and our half-term holiday!
In maths we've been consolidating our learning on telling the time. It is one of those topics that many children find tricky so if your child is one of them, please do some additional practice over the break. Every little bit helps!
In English we wrote an instruction text for building a den in the Stone Age - inspired by our trip to Nell Bank.
We have worked very hard on our 'Investors in Pupils' target to be ready to listen and learn. Our treat was to watch a film...the one we chose fitted in very well with our new topic!
Group two will start their weekly swimming sessions on the first week back after half term. If your child is expected to return for additional swimming sessions, a letter will be given out in the first week back.
