Y4 Beech has been covered by a number of teachers this week as Mr Kyriacou has not been in school.
In English the children have created a book review for 'There’s a Pharaoh in our Bath'. In maths they have continued to work on shapes, focusing on quadrilaterals. In geography they learned about the River Nile. Today, they enjoyed the final swimming session of the year which was a 'relaxed' fun session.
Well done to everyone who sang or acted in our production of EMIL AND THE DETECTIVES at Yeadon Town Hall. The children have worked incredibly hard and deserve to be extremely proud of themselves. The whole of Years 2, 3, 4 and 5 enjoyed walking up to the Town Hall for the dress rehearsal on Thursday afternoon! It was a real privilege to perform at such a historic building in the heart of our community.
