Hello everyone,
This week, the children published their adventure stories which were inspired by the story from our class novel. The children have worked very hard on these and they were so enjoyable to read. We have also done some response lessons based on any weaker areas that could be seen within the stories.
In maths, we have been continuing our work on perimeter, with the focus being on finding the perimeter of rectangles, rectilinear shapes and regular and irregular polygons.
For DT, the children created and baked their own bread this week. The children created some beautiful designs and followed the recipe carefully to create some fantastic looking and extremely delicious bread with a range of different fillings. The children all agreed that the best part was eating it!
