And just like that, Week 3 comes to an end!
We are flying through the first part of summer term, working hard and making good progress with our learning.
In Maths, we have started a new unit on money. We have worked on converting pounds and pence, and adding money involving pounds and pence. It would be great if this learning could be extended at home. Any discussions around how much things cost or working with coins and notes would be really beneficial during this part of the year.
In English we have drafted, edited and published our biographies on Howard Carter. There has been some excellent work produced and I have thoroughly enjoyed reading them.
Today we have spent some time learning about David Attenborough on his 100th birthday. We have done some broadcasting work, some reading, and watched part of one of his films.
