Dear Parent/Carer,
If you would like your child to receive the nasal or injectable Non-porcine flu vaccine in school please follow this link to complete an online consent form;

The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school Friday 7th October. The link will close on Sunday 2nd October. If your child has already had the Flu vaccine since Sept 2022 please disregard this message.
