Weekly Update 2.10.26
Posted: Oct 2, 2026 by: Miss Bairstow (d.bairstow) on: Maple Tree Class Blog
Hello,
This week we have started gathering ideas and planning our evacuee diary entries. Our trip provided some excellent inspiration for this! We also completed a topic lesson where we considered the type of belongings evacuees would've packed to take with them.
In maths, Miss Bairstow's group have been learning about factors, multiples and primes. Mrs Trotter's group have been continuing their work on place value.
We were hoping to share some trip pictures with you this week but have had a slight technical hitch - hopefully we will be able to upload these ASAP.
Have a lovely weekend!
Miss Bairstow
