Hello Lime Tree Class
I hope you had a fantastic week last week and managed to get out and enjoy the lovely weather. Our Year 1 pupils back in school have been working hard on their phonics and maths, and we have managed to get outside to play some rounders and do some athletics races!
It was lovely to see some of our Year 2 pupils back in school for a visit and to hear how you are all getting on at home! Keep up the hard work and be kind to your adults who are doing a fantastic job of teaching you!
Did you enjoy Room on the Broom? Who was your favourite character? I hope you all managed to write some instructions on how to make witches stew! This week is our final Julia Donaldson book, The Highway Rat. We have planned some nice creative activities for you to try at home, all linked to the story.
I have also attached the common exception words for both year groups so you can keep testing yourselves with these!
