A very big hello and a wave from Apple Class! It's been a strange week for everyone with lots of adjustments and we hope that you have been keeping well.
This is obviously an unprecedented situation and we respect that many of our parents are juggling working from home, caring for family members and working unusual patterns alongside home learning tasks. Whatever you are able to do all helps to consolidate and extend learning. Be assured that when life returns to normal, school staff will assess and identify the needs of the children and take learning from there. Reception children do much of their learning through practical activities and play and are used to completing short learning tasks. Please feel free to adapt home learning to meet the needs and interests of your family and to use the activities in the learning packs as you wish. Any posts or comments on Tapestry are welcome as we really enjoy seeing what you get up to and we can give you support and feedback on there as needed. We understand that this is a challenging time and truly wish to support and help you where we can. We will continue to update this webpage and Tapestry with home learning challenges should parents wish to use them.
